Job description
This role requires you to be experienced in Admin as it is high pressured and non stop.
We are a retail maintenance company dealing with reactive and programmed tasks all over the country.
Experience in Microsoft office ( word and excel) and out look 365 is essential and to be self motivated as once trained you will need to be left to get on with the daily tasks.
Duties include:-
Booking in engineers in various locations.
Communicating with our clients regarding maintenance work needed in their store.
Booking hotels, security, various permits, travel arrangements
This is a Monday to Friday role 08:00-16:30
