£20,000.00 PER YEAR BASIC SALARY WITH £5,200.00 PER YEAR BONUS £100 A WEEK IF TARGETS MET.
Experience
Ideally, you should have experience working in an office environment where you have demonstrated your professionalism through managing your time effectively, being highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and worked within a team and under your own initiative.
This role would suit someone who has worked within a previous compliance role or someone who is looking to develop in a fast-paced, growing organisation with opportunities for development across business areas.
Personal Qualities
To be successful in this role you will need to be professional, enthusiastic and energetic – we operate in a fast-moving environment and no two days are the same.
Attention to detail and personal integrity – we have high standards, and due to the nature of the work involved, administrative errors must be kept to an absolute minimum.
You should be highly organised and an excellent communicator – your role is varied, and you will be speaking to clients directly, so you should be a confident and clear communicator both written and verbally.
You will be an essential part of our Administration team and we will provide you with the tools, training and support to do your job and to be successful, though you should be comfortable making decisions and working independently.
We expect to see this role grow and develop and are looking for someone ambitious and driven to take it on. The role is administrative; good IT skills and competence in the use of Microsoft packages with knowledge of Excel is essential. We also use a range of other cloud-based software applications; full training will be provided for the use of these.
