Administration Assistant
Due to progression in the firm, Symes Bains Broomer Solicitors have an exciting opportunity for a new candidate to join our team as an administration assistant at our Scunthorpe office.
We would love to hear from you if you feel you have the desirable qualities to make a difference to our existing team, we strive to provide our clients with excellent client care and therefore the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident, self-motivated, reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, and trustworthy.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The nature of the role is varied, including but not limited to the following.
· Working alongside our receptionist in a client facing role
· Dealing with incoming calls,
· Greeting clients and visitors,
· Effectively passing on messages to other members of staff,
· The responsibility of archiving and storing important documents
· Processing incoming and outgoing post and parcels
· General administrative duties
Full training will be provided but the ability to use programmes such as Word and Excel are advantageous.
Salary dependent on experience with excellent staff benefits and incentives.
