- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Calendar).
- Update systems accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Extremely professional and proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Arranging meetings and booking appointments
- Produce reports as required for Managers
- Book travel and organise accommodation as required.
- General office administration duties.
Salary: £10.50 per hour
