Apple Cleaning Services is a local, independent company with over 30 years' experience in professional carpet, curtain, rug and upholstery cleaning.
We have an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant to join our small, friendly team at our busy office in Pagham. This is an interesting and varied role.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, who is organised and reliable, with good computer skills and able to use their own initiative.
You will be assisting with telephone enquiries and general office duties at our Pagham office.
A typical day would include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
- Supporting the team with daily tasks
- Liasing with our cleaning technicians
- Updating database and clients with quotes/bookings
- Helping to coordinate schedules
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Excellent computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Full training given on the company database.
- Previous administration experience
- A friendly, flexible & self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Enjoy new daily challenges and gain satisfaction from helping others and offering good customer service
- Ability to work and collaborate efficiently within the team
Hours:
Monday - 8.30 -5
Tuesday to Thursday - 9-5
Friday - 9 -3
