The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a candidate with excellent multitasking, adaptability, and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in marketing and social media is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
As our Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
- Assisting customers through email correspondence
- Coordinating operations across our six locations
- Serving as the first point of contact for the company
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Providing administrative support to management, including organizing meetings and preparing reports
- Overseeing HR and compliance duties across all sites
- Organizing and managing documents
- Performing general office duties as needed
- Assisting colleagues throughout the company as necessary
