Job description

• Must have a good understanding of both retail store functions and administration duties
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
• Exceptional telephone manor
• Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages – must have a good level of understanding in Excel
• Possesses outstanding organisational skills whilst being able to prioritise work accordingly
• Able to work well under pressure and on own initiative, adhering to all deadlines set out by the Retail Support Manager
• Show respect to others in a positive manner and build strong working relationships
• Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers
• Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient.
