Our firm is looking for an Office Administrator to ensure that our guests have a first class and trouble free experience. Part-time office administrators will ensure that all office procedures are adhered to and that necessary personnel procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a commitment to our core values.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to guests, past and present.
- Answer and respond to emails.
- Handle customer and client requests and complaints.
- Organize documents for office manager.
- File documents & use of Excel.
- Manage & ordering of stock.
- Update the company social media platform
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
