Job description
We are looking for someone to run the office day to day in a relaxed fun environment.
Your Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Collection of daily paperwork, ensuring all relevant documentation has been submitted, and assisting in the inputting of data in a fast-paced environment, with great attention to detail.
- Liaising with External Agencies, Management, and Staff.
- Submitting Various online applications
- Liaising on the phone with clients and staff, assisting in resolving queries
- Filing- Ensuring all paperwork is kept update to date and neat.
- Sending and monitoring emails.
- Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports submitted in a timely manner.
- Keeping the office space well organised and tidy

Work Experience: Although full training will be provided, the ideal candidate will preferably have experience/ skills in one of the following areas:
- Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Have a ‘Can do attitude
- Methodical and conscientious in approach
- The ability to follow a process from start to finish - with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Experience and confident in using MS Office/Adobe/Gsuite applications such as Word, Excel, Acrobat and Gmail.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent telephony skills
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Normal hours of work are 35-40. Mon-Fri. (Time TBC)
