We at MIDATT LTD are an electrical contractor that has grown organically over the last 7 years and has now reached the point we require some administrative support to help us run the business day to day.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computing skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable independence and accountability
- Loves a process that keeps everyone on track and compliant
- Ideally has experience with Quickbooks – training can be provided if required
- Administration experience essential
- Reliable, can work with minimal supervision
- Must be proactive and efficient in their work
Duties will include:
- Develop and enhance operating processes
- Managing budgets, billing cycles and tracking project finances
- Administrating goods-in/goods-out paperwork
- General office administration
- Booking accommodation
- Any other reasonable duties as required
