About the Role
As an admin assistant, your main role will be to effectively provide support to the colleagues in the Ashby office and enhance the smooth effective operation from an administrative perspective.
Key Position Responsibilities include:
General office and administration responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment (gas, electricity,…)
- Order office supplies (stationary, food,...)
- Contact on the ground for coordination of the large events hosted in the office
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization (i.e. travel bookings)
- General tasks (Arranging delivery / collection of goods)
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required profile and qualifications:
Qualifications:
- General admin experience
- Health Safety & Environment experience would be an asset
