My client is a a leading provider for software solutions seeking a junior Legal Counsel to join their team based in Cambridge.

You will be supporting the US teams’ contractual work: reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and technology contracts, providing commercial legal advice on commercial and technology matters.

The ideal candidate will be at 1-2 years PQE, have extensive commercial and technology contracts experience, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

PLEASE NOTE: working hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm and Friday 9am-5:30pm. Based in Cambridge 1 day a week in the office (Wednesdays).
