Job description
We are looking for motivated staff to join our Specialist Stroke Service in Deeside community hospital, working across stroke rehabilitation and Early Supported Discharge. You will work closely with the qualified therapists to deliver interventions with patients in the hospital and community as part of their identified needs.
A large team of occupational therapists will delegate your caseload and ensure that you are aware of the clinical outcomes for your caseload will support you. You will receive formal and informal supervision and work through band 4 specific competencies which will form your continuing professional development portfolio.
Community and hospital based.
Supporting patients needs across settings to deliver therapy treatment plans.
Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
