Occupational Therapy Assistant - Avg 42 Hrs per week
Childrens Residential Care Home
Full time or Part Time Occupational Therapy Assistant.
The applicant will be an enthusiastic individual with an interest in occupational therapy and applying to a mixed patient population including individuals who have a diagnosis of mental health/ personality disorder /Learning Disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorders that require in patient treatment.
Deliver effective and evidenced based person centered interventions that improve mental health, understanding of their occupational performance/identity, promote rehabilitation and reduce risks that create barriers to independent living.
The successful candidate would work as part of a team providing both individual and group based interventions under the supervision and guidance of qualified, experienced occupational therapists. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and creatively utilizing good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,100.00-£24,050.00 per year
