This is an administrative post supporting the Children's Occupational Therapy Service in Gwynedd and Mon
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
A new opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of the Children’s Occupational Therapy Team at Bodfan, Ysbyty Eryri, Caernarfon . The team is looking to employ an office-based administrator whose role will be to liaise with parents and schools and therapists to organise patient appointments in line with the organisation’s booking processes.
This will include use of an electronic based patient administration system as well as telephoning and emailing and sending out of mail, including setting up of clinic and populating these clinics using the electronic diary system. The post-holder will also be required to format and distribute reports for the therapists and will be efficient in computer skills having a working knowledge of the regular Office 365 applications. The post holder will be required to gain a good understanding of the function of the children’s Occupational therapy team to enable queries to be dealt with efficiently
