Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing and full-time
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (assignment rate)
Working Arrangements: No remote working available with this role – it is based on the ward with some home visits

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
- Dementia or Mental Health with cognitive assessments experience preferred
- Car driver with business use desirable
