As part of our valued workforce you will enjoy:

  • Professional development – we encourage our staff to grow their career with us, from students and newly qualified Occupational Therapists through to senior and experienced managers. Continued Professional Development (CPD) is at the heart of our practice. All OTs are given half and day a month for CPD. We have clear career progression pathways and work to ensure that there is the right balance between support and challenge in all roles.
  • All teams are managed by Occupational Therapists and there is a robust supervision and appraisal framework.
  • Balance – we offer opportunities for flexible working and value the importance of maintaining a good work-life balance for staff wellbeing.
  • Support – we have a strong professional support network, from experienced leadership to supportive teams and team managers.
  • Connection - we value the importance of connection and professional relationships to continually learn from each other and from the people and families we are working alongside.
