Due to expansion within the business, we are looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join our team. Roles can be a mixture of on-site at 1, 2 or 3 locations and remote home-based work. Locations include Northampton and Kettering
The role will appeal to qualified Occupational Health Nurses with relevant experience in Occupational health who have the commitment and drive to making a difference and who can work equally well independently or as part of a larger team. A great attitude as well as excellent IT and communication skills are essential attributes.
The main duties for the role are as follows:
- Face to Face, Telephone, and online video assessments for management referrals
- Triage of management referrals and pre-placement questionnaires for new starters
- Undertaking Immunisation checks and baseline medicals for new starters in line with Green Book Standards
- Vaccinations
- Phlebotomy
- Follow up for needlestick injuries
- Health surveillance
We would be interested to hear from applicants who are looking for either part time or full-time positions. Experience in the NHS or similar healthcare setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
