In your role as a nursing assistant you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide an excellent standard of care to our patients. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver patient centred rehabilitation focused care, palliative care and encouraging patients to maximise their rehabilitation potential. You will participate in the delivery of care for patients in support of and supervised by a registered nurse, as part of the multidisciplinary team within the ward / department.
Experience in a health care setting is essential and SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
A flexible approach to shift patterns, including night duty, is required.
