Job description
Due to rapid growth, we are now looking for a Nursery Receptionist to join our Kids Allowed Altrincham Nursery. With over 150 settings, Kids Planet Day Nurseries provides the highest standard of nursery care and education within a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and interact with others.
This nursery has a lively setting with lots of creativity and has a team who are dedicated to the care of children. We are looking for an individual to provide a hands-on, fun, creative and an innovative environment for children.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· To be first point of contact for parents. To deal with parent queries by email, telephone or in person in a timely manner.
· Process all payments.
· Process new starter, leaver, transition paperwork.
· To support the team when necessary.
· Answer all calls to the centre.
The ideal applicant will:
· Display professionalism at all times.
· Work quickly and accurately.
· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
· Possess excellent organisation skills.
· Take ownership and see queries through to completion.
· Work as part of a team.
· To be IT literate with experience of all MS Office packages.
