Victoria House Nursery is recruiting!!! We are a 73 place nursery based in Smethwick. We were established in 2004. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to be Head of our room for 3 to 4 year olds.
The successful candidates must hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare or equivalent and be able to work off own initiative but also as part of a team. As a head of room you will be responsible for planning and carrying out quality learning experiences for the children in your care and ensuring that all children's individual needs are met. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing your small staff team to ensure the smoothe running of your room.
