Position: Nursery Nurse
Salary: Between £14,300 - £11.00 per annum
Hours: Perm | 25-40 hours per week | Monday – Friday
About Us:
Freshfields are part of the Family First Nurseries Group, whose nurseries are all uniquely different, but all have the same core focus; to offer outstanding care, with the safety and wellbeing of all our staff, children and parents being our number one priority.
Freshfields is based on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon, near to Waitrose, with easy access and a separate staff car park. We are lucky enough to benefit from a wealth of outdoor space, including an acre of purpose designed gardens, softpour playgrounds and a mini farm, with rabbits, chickens, goats and sheep. Our nursery is set within a beautiful Georgian Manor House and its attached Coach House, with purpose built rooms for children aged from 0-5 years old.
About You:
We are looking for a Nursery Nurse who are able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the job and who can hit the ground running in our very busy setting.

Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
