Salary £48,000 - £55,000 DOE

About the Role:
- Taking patients who have been referred privately or from the NHS through a full assessment remotely.
- Give advice, support, and guidance in relation to the patient’s situation, condition, and treatment plans, based on past treatment.
- To carry out clinical review with clients, and update recovery plans.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Qualified Non-medical Prescriber (NMP) with current registration.
