1 position has become available for a qualified Nurse to work full time at our Caton home.
The right candidate will hold a relevant nursing qualification (RN level 1 or equivalent) with the right to work in the UK and a current valid PIN.

Summary of Main Duties:
Assess, implement and evaluate residents medical, psychological and social needs on a regular basis or as needs change, maintaining full documentation.
Lead and supervise a team of care assistants in carrying out their duties.
Carry out nursing procedures and observations as necessary.
Maintain daily report for each resident with details of all care given after each shift.
Administer and record all medications with the utmost care and attention.
Help promote a better quality of life for the residents.
Report and record all complaints, accidents, happenings and untoward incidents to the Matron.
Maintain effective communication with the care and nursing team.
Offer consultation and supervision to all staff on a regular basis in accordance with the supervision policy and maintain records.
Participate in appropriate learning and practice activities to maintain and develop your competence and performance to maintain registration with NMC.
