Job description
We are looking for a Senior Front of House Concierge to join the team at our brand new development in Wandsworth! You will be responsible for ensuring that all Front of House services are carried out to a high standard. You will act as the face of the building with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and genuine care for the property.
This role is working 7.30am - 7.30pm on a shift rotation of 4 days on 4 days off

What will you do?
- Be available to residents at all times, handling general enquiries, queries and complaints.
- Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and problems identified. To co-ordinate the fix, repair, maintenance or clean of any area or problem to ensure standards are maintained at all times
- Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with the company procedure.
- To manage car parking to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Key Management: to issue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst recording the signing in and out of keys in line with the company procedure.
- Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.
- Support with arrears management each day ensuring targets are met
- Support with renewals to ensure that targets are met
- Help set up front of house processes and procedures
- Train and mentor junior staff members and set development tasks and training programmes
- Support with 1:1s and annual appraisals of other junior staff members
- Assist in the recruitment process or Front of house positions
- Initiate and lead on business improvement projects as and when required
- Set services standards and process maps for front of house queries

- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and procedure as required.

- Experience in coaching and providing feedback
