Job description

Full and part-time driver positions with TuCasa, LLC delivering packages out of Lanham, MD warehouse location using our vehicles!

• 9+ hour shifts, Part-time (3 day or less) or full time (4-day or more)
• Compensation from $18.75 to $20.75 per hour + Incentives + Benefits
• Weekend work and overtime as required

Keys to success: reliable (show-up on time and in proper uniform), trustworthy, and adaptable (able to learn quickly and solve problems). This is a very physical requirement: you will walk 5-6 miles daily -- carrying (up to) 50-pound packages up and down stairs. A standard route averages between 150 to 200 stops and 300 packages.

Qualifications:

• Able to manage the stress of time constraints and customer expectations.
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and able to get in and out of a van 100s of times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Consent to a drug testing (does not include Marijuana).
• Consent to a background check (criminal and driving)
• Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus.
