Retail Associate
The Mana Lounge Strathroy was founded in the Spring of 2023 following on from the success of The Mana Lounge, Downtown London with the desire to create a high-quality game and hobby store experience. Our store specializes in Magic the Gathering, Games Workshop (Warhammer) and other popular trading card games. In addition, we also carry a wide variety of Boardgames, Role Playing Games and accessories.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Game Expert to join pur team and help bring us to the next level. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, has strong communication skills and loves games and geek culture. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon entering the store for a great customer experience
- Assist customers in locating specific products, and making suggestions based on product knowledge
- Replenish product inventory
- Positively communicate and demonstrate the brand values, attitude and culture
- Cashier, tracking and recording sales
- General Cleaning of the store
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong knowledge of the product line and culture of our customer base
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize
- Fantastic attitude and outgoing personality
- Some heavy lifting required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail
- Team Player
- Proficient computer and technology skills
