Rarewaves is an award winning online retail business seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our supply chain team based in Chiswick, London.

We offer over 1.9m products across dozens of categories ranging from Music, Film & TV, Video Games and Books to Ink Cartridges, Fancy Dress Costumes, Stationery; and the list is growing!
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, we’ll expect you to -
- Ensure the supply of stock required to fulfil customer orders in a timely fashion, by placing daily purchase orders with our supply partners
- Monitor, analyse, manage, and source unavailable stock
- Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with supply partners
- Analyse Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) from 150+ suppliers with the aim of optimising problem areas
- Work closely with IT, 3PL , finance and customer service teams to identity and formulate solutions for issues as they arise
- Assist in enhancing in-house processes such as live order tracking and stock replenishment
Training is provided.
As an applicant you will have -
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent organisational skills for day to day workload
- Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a tight team
- A self-starter attitude and ability to use own initiative
Previous experience within retail, at an entertainment retailer, ideally online, would be preferable but is not essential.

Salary: Dependant on experience (£24k+)
