Job Overview

  • Location: Kellogg Co. of GB Ltd, Park Road Stretford M32 8RA
    Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
    Hours: 37.5 Hours a week
    Salary: £11.50 p/hr

Main Duties

  • Input daily attendance for Hygiene Team
  • Accurately process site daily recs via WP+, schedule shifts, PRP's
  • Maintain holiday records and liaise with site supervision periodically to ensure accurate records are kept
  • Cost and raise additional job requests and ensure Client PO's are received in a timely manner - process once off's for invoicing once PO's recieved
  • Calculate monthly bonus sheet and send to payroll
  • Ensure any sick notes are sent to relevant payroll department in a timely manner
  • Book in any external visitors and contractors using in house online system - liaise with security to ensure all Contractors online are up to date
  • Manage all sickness records and prompt supervisors to carryout absence reviews, manage the process and assist any HR follow ups
  • Log HR cases on behalf of supervision, assist with ongoing cases and ensure process followed in a timely manner
  • New starter documentation - RTW checks using designated app
  • Recruitment - log vacancies, assist with CV checking and arrange interviews
  • Collate end of month figures for Site Manager - KPI and Finance meetings
  • Manage agency requirements online using VMS and liaise with off site agencies, provide timesheets weekly
  • General admin duties inc. uniform, stationary orders, general admin letters inc. HR and assist supervisors and Line Managers with any additional admin requests. Make sure adequate levels of paperwork such as holiday request forms, RTW & Self Cert documentation

In addition, the following is needed.


        • Excellent organisational skills, with strong customer service skills.
        • A strong team player and able to use own initiative.
        • Credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
        • IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems.
