Job description

21 hours per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Referral Co-ordinator, within our Livewell Referral Support Service (LRSS) Referral Hub at Windsor House. Part time hours or a job share would be considered for this position. The successful applicant will be working within a small administrative team supporting the processing of referrals on behalf of a range of services.

We are looking for a flexible individual who meets the essential criteria in the job description.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and have the ability to work autonomously, whilst prioritising the workload effectively with competing demands.

All Livewell Southwest staff are expected to able and willing to work across a 7 day service.
