Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for a Abatement Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.
The wage for this position ranges from $40.00- $45.00 per hour based on skills and experience. Wages are paid out weekly.

Position Specifications
- 3+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor
- Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
