We have a rare opportunity to join our despatch night shift team with an immediate start available at our bakery manufacturing facility on Carnaby Industrial Estate in Bridlington.

· Immediate Start following induction

· Permanent Contract

. Must have FTL

· Starting at £12.37 per hour with overtime available

· 4on/4off 18:00 to 06:00

Country Style Foods are a modern-craft, family run bakery manufacturer and we believe our colleagues make our business what it is. Working closely with leading UK supermarkets and retailers, we specialise in high-volume production of top quality, artisan bakery products.

We are currently recruiting for a despatch/stores operative to join our dedicated and friendly team. Full training is available for everyone but the main duties include:

· Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and monitored to ensure that the durability of the ingredients is not exceeded and the risk of cross contamination is minimised;

· Responsible for accepting and storing incoming raw materials and packaging for the site against the appropriate procedures;

· Controlling the stores area to ensure ingredients are stored correctly and monitored to ensure that the durability of the ingredients is not exceeded and the risk of cross contamination is minimised and traceability is maintained at all times;

· Observing environmental policies and performance within the area and wider environment are being adhered to;

· Observing health and safety policies and procedures within in the area and ensure they are being adhered to and ensure safe working practices are being observed;

· Adhering to applicable quality and food safety policies and procedures;

· Assisting in meeting any stores targets (actual production against KPIs);

· Complete any other duties that arise and are deemed the responsibility of the stores operative.
