Multi Skilled Operative – Plasterer
Salary:
£34,147.65 per annum

Hours:
40 hours per week, permanent
Are you a Multi Skilled Operative, specialising in Plastering?
We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative - Plasterer to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus, on a permanent basis.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative - Plasterer you will carry out high quality plastering and maintenance work to the Group’s properties on a planned program to undertake qualifying repairs as appropriate.
Skills and Experience required:
- Suitable C&G NVQ trade qualification
- Multi-skilled experience including carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working at height
- Experience of working in a team
- Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate good planning and organisation skills
- Effectively communicate with staff, residents over the phone, by email, or in person. IT literate.
