We are currently offering a basic salary of £10.42 an hour, PLUS excellent commission earnings through our commission incentive scheme, where you have the potential to earn up to £19.40 per hour – how exciting!

As an integral member of our Call Centre team, you will proactively communicate and engage with prospective customers in the aim to maximise sales design booking opportunities.

As our Outbound Call Centre Operative, your typical day can include:
Promoting the company image and Hammonds products to potential customers, keeping in mind our customers wants and needs.
Providing an informative and engaging service when showcasing the Hammonds products over the telephone.
Ensuring all sales design leads and appointment opportunities are actively managed and worked through.
Contributing to individual and team sales targets and KPI’s.

You won’t need to know everything about the Hammonds product straight away – we believe that product knowledge can be learned and our detailed induction programme will support with this.
We do work towards targets and KPI’s, but don’t worry; we’ll help you as much as we can to achieve them. All that we ask is that you are self-driven and customer focused with a strength of personality and natural influential skills that make it easy to build rapport with people.
