This Role will require going between both our Centres. Ratho - Edinburgh and Bathgate so a driving licence would be preferable.
Here at Float you will ensure our customers feel welcome and at ease the moment they come through the door.
It's your warm and friendly greeting that sets the tone for our customer's experience – one we want to ensure is the best it can possibly be.
You'll welcome clients and make sure they are booked in and all relevant forms and details have been stored. You will then be responsible for walking them through the process for our Float therapy sessions and showing them how the sessions will work. Making sure they have a refreshment after their float whilst also ensuring the rooms are cleaned quickly and efficiently between each and every float.
You'll also support your manager to maximise revenue through proactive product sales and careful diary management - full sales training will be provided.
This is not a job for the faint hearted. It is fast paced and involved and is hard work with a fair amount of cleaning involved throughout the day as well as at the end of your shift.
But it is also a wonderful and rewarding environment to work in.
You will also provide information and answer any question our clients may have about float therapy services and memberships and most importantly, as their host, make our guests feel welcome and help them unwind during their stay.
What you’ll need?
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to clients. You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with clients and team members alike.
You will have a natural flair and a passion for providing a luxurious level of service. Be able to multi task and keep calm under pressure. Direct experience with hotel or Spa businesses is not required, though some knowledge of the industry would be beneficial.
Full training will be given on Float therapy and the benefits it has and how to work the pods.
The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours to cover holidays, sickness and weekends and must be over 18 as this is a sole worker role.
Wage will exceed the minimum wage, Depending on Experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 18 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.50 per hour
