Are you an individual who has a passion for helping others while answering inbound calls? At CenterWell, Inbound Contacts Representatives serve as advocates for our members. They help to resolve complex questions and pending issues to ensure a perfect member experience.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Work from home in a virtual call-center environment taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members.
• Multitask in a fast paced environment while navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls.
• Provide a positive experience to our members through active listening skills and effective communication.
• Self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards within established policies/practices and guidelines.
• Handle 80 to 100 calls/day on average.

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA or OK
• Must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8:00AM - 11:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, and 8:00AM - 6:30PM EST Saturday
• Must be able to provide internet connection; a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience
• Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge
• 1+ year of customer service experience

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION

Anticipated Start Date/Training Date Depending on Interview Schedule: September 11, 2023 or September 25, 2023.

Training consists of:

• 4 weeks virtual classroom
• 3 weeks on the job virtual training

The interview process will consist of the following steps:

• Completion of Modern Hire pre-screening questions sent via text message
• Modern Hire Live Video Interview (if selected, you will receive an email to self schedule your interview in Modern Hire.)
