Work with Sales to win new business, retain these clients, and grow their spend with us.

What You’ll Do
This is a senior role in the US, and we are looking for someone with an appetite to integrate the benefits of our data with their own ideas and experience.
Big Picture:
A credible evangelist for our data and its applications in addressing media objectives and business challenges - combining analytical competence, with strategic commercial sensibility - delivered in an accessible, meaningful, actionable way.
Day-to-day:
Liaise with the Global Director of Insight, and work with US Heads of Sales, and Sales Managers across the region to identify commercial priorities and opportunities, and generate the insight that guides our recommendations for activation.
Be hands-on with project set-up and analysis (*you will have support from a dedicated Analyst, but a degree of self-sufficiency will be necessary) - this is a role for a Thinker-Talker-Doer.
Engage senior agency (Strategists and Planners) and client (Brand Managers etc.) stakeholders with new, interesting and useful insight material.
Oversight of regional and local research partner relationships.
What you’ll bring
- Analytically fluent: insight is about the stories, but there are no stories without the numbers. Be comfortable taking a spreadsheet of data and turning it into relevant, relatable, actionable insight(s). Understanding of industry-standard research tools and practices will be a bonus.
- Strategic mindset: how can we make the best use of our data to provide solutions to client challenges? How can these solutions be baked into long-term client partnerships? A can-do / will-try approach is a must, as is your own initiative, and the ability to prioritise when necessary.
- Commercial nous: understand the client-agency-vendor dynamic, where we fit, how we communicate with them, and what we offer in order to succeed.
- Excellent stakeholder management: can manage competing priorities, juggle and delegate to deliver to deadline and effectively manage stakeholders through end to end process.
- Ownership and accountability: taking responsibility for the team and your role in it, demonstrating company values and behaviours, self awareness and resilience.
- Ideas and opinions: don’t assume the way we do things now is the best way, or the only way we’ll ever do them. Iterative - and even radical - innovations are always welcome and your input will be heard.
- Curiosity: always looking to understand concepts, apply context, and ask questions.
- Experience: Experience working in media owner/agency or client/advertiser with a background in research/insight/strategy roles.

The salary range for this position will be USD $120,000 – $140,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits platform offering and a company bonus.
