In order to be considered for this role you need to be available on Wednesday 3rd May 2023 between 9:30am to 1pm to attend an assessment day at Worcester House, Unit 6 Langley Quay, Waterside Drive, Langley, SL3 6EY.
You must be able to start training Monday 1st June 2023 if successful.
You will be required to bring with you your Right to Work in the UK and proof of your current address.
Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Agents to work on our Thames Water Metering contract in Langley, Berkshire.
As a Customer Service Agent you will need to ensure that the all NHHM outbound calls and related administration are completed as per the required procedures, service delivery and customer experience as specified by NHHM Team Manager. All work needs to be completed compliantly and within SLA to avoid financial fines.
You will need to understand all of the NHHM policies set out by the governing bodies and ensure that your work compliantly. Your main day to day tasks delivery of all NHHM outbound calls & complete all required administration to the highest standard. In addition, you will be required to provide excellence in Customer Service on behalf of our client Thames Water.
This is a hybrid, remote/office based role.
As a Customer Call Agent you will be handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries and booking appointments. Accurately capturing data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
You will be working with the Non-household Metering Manager and Team Leaders to promote the profile of Morrison Water Services. Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Non-household Metering Management team for action. Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution. Strive to outperform personal targets, team targets and Thames Water Service Level Agreements.
