We are seeking a Nightshift Transport Administrator/Controller to work in a busy vehicle recovery company based in Glasgow. Customer Service Experience required. Full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills;

Duties:
- Accepting and liaising with all major breakdown providers
- Liaising with drivers
- Dispatching, monitoring and debriefing drivers
- Dealing with enquires from the general public
- Dealing with Police Scotland
- Invoicing and queries
- General admin duties
Hours
This is a Night shift positions which includes weekends and bank holidays. Night shift is 19:00 - 07:00 on a 4 on 4 off rota. applicants must be flexible to work to meet the demands of the business

Previous experience within the logistics industry would be advantageous for this position but not essential as training will be provided.
Own transport is essential.
