Dunsters Farm are a family run, independent foodservice looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join their Night Shift Picking Team on term time only hours.

What does "term time only" mean?

You will only be required to be on shift for 39 weeks per year (school term time), for the other 13 weeks (school holidays) you will not be required to work, however you will be paid pro rata, meaning you still get paid monthly throughout the year, regardless of whether you are on shift or not.

What will you be doing?

As a member of our Night Picking Shift, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and efficient picking of orders using a voice headset
  • Ensuring goods are stacked, wrapped and labelled correctly and safely, ready for dispatch
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, ready for the morning shift
  • Meeting our picking targets.

When will I work?

You will work 37.5 hours per week.

Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 2am with a 30 minute unpaid break.

What will I get paid?

£11.50 per hour + a timekeeping and attendance bonus each quarter.

What kind of person are we looking for?

We are looking for a good team player who can also work well on their own. If you've done a similar voice picking role before, that would be beneficial however you will be provided with full training when you start.
