FULL TIME, FLEXIBLE, PERMANENT & TEMPORARY ROLES AVAILABLE
Location: BS11 8AZ

Salary: £11.00 up to £14.30 per hour with our premiums

  • Starting rate - £11.00 per hour
  • Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.50 per hour
  • Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
  • Overtime paid at basic x 1.25

You will work as part of our amazing team as a Warehouse Operative, in a busy and fast paced business that can offer you great benefits and plenty of opportunities to progress your career. This isn’t like any other warehouse job, you’ll be working for one of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK.

We have roles available in the following areas:

Pick and Pack:Picking and packing customer orders into totes.

Despatch:Frame loading up to 18kg totes from spur lanes into frames, loading customer orders into the delivery vans and de-kitting the returned assets.

Inbound:Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting the products into totes.

Freezer:Picking and packing customer orders into totes in conditions that have temperatures below -25℃.

There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient (minimum 2oC) and -25℃ in freezer, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player. You must be able to handle meat and alcohol and operate on your feet for an extended period, to carry out repetitive tasks and potentially lift up to 25kg and move up to 70kg trolleys.
