Job description
We are looking to appoint a Night Support Worker to join our amazing team at Tyne House. We are a small residential home in Jesmond providing a safe, secure, positive and structured environment which supports individuals’ specific and complex needs.
As a member of our team its important you have a great sense of humour and the ability to work flexibly to achieve the best outcomes for our residents. You will be an excellent communicator with a positive approach and able to build strong relationships with the people you support.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your experience working closely with colleagues on-site in a support setting to deliver the best outcomes for residents. Flexibility and an ability to adapt and respond to evolving situations is an important skill for anyone on our team and helps us maintain the highest level of care.
