Job description
Job title: Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £11 Per hour
Contract: Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week
Shifts: 9:45pm-7:45am, must be flexible to work any 4 nights with weekend work
Requires a minimum of 6-12 months relevant experience in a supported living or residential setting for adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism.
PLEASE NOTE - Must have right to work in the UK full time.

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. If you are new to care, full training will be provided. We are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives.
Service
Vermont is a relaxed, large family home which just happens to be a residential service for men based in Sutton Coldfield. We have space for up to 7 adults across 2 floors with plenty of room for everyone. The individuals who currently live here have learning disabilities, autism, complex or challenging behaviour needs. Some can go do things independently and just need a little reassurance whilst others need support with everything.
