An excellent opportunity to join us at Allied Care in one of our registered care homes with 5 beds, in Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex. We believe in looking after both our Service Users and Health Care Assistants to the best of our ability. We are looking to hire committed and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly, professional team:

Applicants with NVQ 1- 2 is preferred but if you have no experience within the care industry we would still be keen to hear from you to join our friendly, professional team.

There are opportunities to progress within the role, depending on the experience and qualifications you gain and achieve once employed with us. The wage range will be discussed with you at interview and start rate agreed depending on your NVQ status.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our Care Assistants support adults with learning disabilities in a Care Home environment which includes supporting people with their daily living, skills development, personal care, and also working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.

Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided.

We offer full time employment with the opportunity of overtime although this is not mandatory.

Driving is an advantage but not essesntial

Part-time = 2 x 12 hour shifts = 24 Hours per week

Full Time = 3 x 12 hour shifts = 36 Hours

Shift times: 19.45 to 07.45

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.85-£10.85 per hour
