Ashgables is a registered care home with 24 beds and currently has 18 lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team.
We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not:
Responsibilities and Duties
Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.
Full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision are provided.
Since vulnerable people need care all the time, we do ask that you work weekends but not all, this ensures our service users always have the support required. This is a full-time role (36-hour contract - 3 x 12 hours nights per week) with the opportunity of overtime although this is not mandatory.
Driving an advantage but not essential
