Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assist in the optimum running across the ABP Ellesmere site. This is very much a hands on role which covers a wide range of diverse tasks and duties.
- Deliver training using a wide range of methods to include classroom learning, computer-aided training, training manuals, etc.
- Plan, organise and direct a wide range of training activities
- Design and deliver training programs including induction, employee development, management development, systems, product, desktop training, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the designated tasks and duties across all departments
- Liaise with managers in all areas
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and contractors
- Maintain employees' training records
- Adhoc administration duties as and when required
- Good presentation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, and contacts both inside and outside the organisation is essential
- Prioritisation and organisational skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines under constant pressure, in a dynamic environment
- Computer literate, proficient in using customer databases, excel and other MS package.
- Being multilingual
