Night Shift Manager Daventry, England
Job description
Night Shift Hygiene Manager.
Monday-Friday.
21:30pm-6:30am.
Location- Daventry NN11
Up to £40,000 per annum DOE.
MUST have food hygiene experience.
Job Duties:
Regulating cleaning Schedules that are documented.
Liaising with chemicals and equipment.
Motivating & guiding your team.
Working particularly close with the other supervisors to manage schedules.
To continuously improve safety standards throughout the department.
Reporting and confirming all KPI's.
To manage agency labour as and when required.
Escalate departmental issues in line with current procedures.
Manage the performance and behaviour of all team members on shift.
To adhere to company & UK safety regulations.
What you'll have:
Solid background working within the food industry.
Experience in COSHH.
Stock control experience.
Health and safety experience.
IT literate with excellent Microsoft office skills.
Fluent in English both written & verbal.
