Position: Night Shift Controller
Location: Coleshill
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 21:00-05:00 or 22:00-06:00
Salary: £26,000 + Night shift allowance

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Co-ordinate and prepare delivery and collection of freight information, ensuring all documentation is processed and completed on time and accurately whilst providing excellent customer service support
- Understanding Operational restrictions liaising with customer to ensure best possible customer service
- Investigate routings for the Transport Plan for new/amended customers/destinations
- Liaising with MLS and other UK Freight departments and locations

- 1-2 years experience within Logistics Industry
- 1 year experience within a customer facing role
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Ability to follow work procedures
- National CPC - desirable
