We are looking to employ a Night Care Assistant to help support 27 clients in our very family orientated home.The position will be fixed Saturdays, extra shifts may be avaiable to cever staff holidays and sickness.Care Assistant will liaise with the Senior Carer and Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly.Assisting clients with Personal care, Continence Care and Nutrition.Supporting clients who may be awake during the night.Many of our clients have Dementia and we also provide palliative care.We are a close team who work in a very person centred way and are looking for someone with empathy, patience and a passion for the role.To work alongside two other staff, this is an awake position.Full induction package and continued training provided, can also support with Level 2/3 HSC.Shift will be every Saturday (9pm to 7am) plus support to cover holidays and sickness.Job Types: Permanent, Part-timePart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: £11.25 per hourExpected hours: No less than 10 per weekBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:Every weekendNight shiftWeekends onlyCOVID-19 considerations:We are following and updating all current Government, PHE, NHS and CQC guidelines.
