4 on 4 off

Shift Times:

Mon-Sun: 20:00 to 08:00

Responsibilities:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for both guests and staff. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Regularly patrolling the premises to uphold security and safety standards.
• Monitoring surveillance systems to promptly detect and report any unusual activities.
• Offering a warm and professional welcome to guests while maintaining a vigilant presence.
• Assisting in managing event-related crowd control to ensure smooth proceedings.
• Collaborating closely with fellow team members to respond effectively to security incidents.
• Implementing access control measures to permit entry only to authorised personnel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security services, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
• A keen sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Valid Door Supervisor licence is required.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
